Three days will be dedicated to the ancient traditions, the rediscovery of the flavors and culture of the peasant and maritime civilization that gave rise to Bellaria Igea Marina, traditions that are still alive today in the houses and on the Romagna tables.

Flour, water, lard, bicarbonate, a pinch of salt and cooking on traditional terracotta pans: the Hotel Marcus offers you a taste of the beloved Romagna bread and will reveal the secrets of cooking it at home!
With its fragrant aroma and irresistible taste, especially when accompanied with ham and squacquerone, the piadina will win over all palates.
