We are taking all measures to ensure our safety and that of the people we care about, which is why we are constantly keeping up to date on new anti-contagion government protocols.

What I want to tell you is: we miss you so much! :) so don't stop dreaming about your holiday because we can't be without you.

FREEDOM IN THE SPACES:

If you already know us, you know that social distancing is not a problem in our hotel : you can continue to enjoy a cocktail in the garden or on the veranda, given the wide spaces , we will continue to use our restaurant and you can always count on us!

It is clear we will have to give up something : it will probably be difficult to maintain the buffet, the use of the lift will have to be contingent, we will have to cover our smile with masks and we will hardly embrace each other (even if we can't wait!) But nobody will ruin your holidays.

DAILY CLEANING AND SANITATION:


Those who know us know it, we have always been very attentive to the sanitation of the rooms . But from now on we will be even more.
We will use hydrogen peroxide based detergents to clean all spaces, we will dispose of sanitizing gel dispensers on each floor and in the common areas. Finally your room will be treated with a certified remediation system (hydrogen peroxide nebulizer) before your arrival and the maid who will fix your room will have all the safety devices to protect herself and you. You can still request that no one enters your room during your stay and we will provide you with clean linen and everything you need.

AT THE BEACH:

At dawn each bed will be sanitized. Forget the mask under an umbrella, we would never want you to have unpleasant marks on your tan ... You will have 12 square meters available just for you!
Will your child be able to play in the play areas? YES, in very small groups under your supervision, detergents will always be left at your disposal to sanitize the games if you want to feel even safer (clearly the lifeguards will take care of the cleaning of the games, but if you have any doubts you will have everything you need to clean) .

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In order to plan your holiday it is important to feel guaranteed , that's why we have changed our booking conditions: WE WILL NOT ASK YOU TO PAY A DEPOSIT , you can cancel your reservation up to 7 days before arrival, so we will hear from you a week before of your holiday and you will reconfirm your stay. If this virus has taught us to make files to be respectful and patient, we are confident that we can also trust each other more: we will book your room and you will notify us promptly if you are forced to cancel your reservation.

We told you what we do, now you have to know what you have to do:

  • you are obliged to stay at home if you have a fever (over 37.5 °) or other symptoms, in which case you must call your GP or PLS.
  • you are required to stay at home if you have been in contact with virus positive people in the 14 days prior to your arrival.
  • you must be aware of and accept the fact that you cannot stay and that you must promptly declare where dangerous conditions exist (symptoms of flu, onset of fever, etc.).
  • you must know and accept that you will have to go home if you are staying (in the same room) with someone who is in suspicious condition COVID 19 .
  • you will undertake to respect all the hygienic provisions and those relating to the measures of distance and correct behavior.
