Terms and conditions:

To book by phone or via fax or e-mail we will require your personal details, telephone number and approximate arrival time. Rooms are available from midday on arrival day until 10.00 am on departure day.

To guarantee the booking, we require the advance payment of a 100 Euro deposit as confirmation. This can be paid by post or using a credit card.

By post:
We require guests to send a 100 Euro postal order indicating the personal details of the person whose name the booking was made in and the holiday dates. The postal order should be sent to: Hotel Marcus, Viale Pinzon 242, 47814 Igea Marina (RN), Italy.

By credit card:
No amount will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking, details are only required as a guarantee. Should the booking be cancelled or there by a no show the sum of 100 Euro, equivalent to the deposit requested, will be charged to the card. For credit card confirmation, send the booking form to the following number via fax +39 0541.330902

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should the booking be cancelled within 7 days of arrival date, if the deposit has been paid or a credit card guarantee has been issued, this will be valid for another holiday during the same year.
If guests should not show on arrival day without advising the hotel within the deadlines established, the entire deposit will be kept.
